These work great. I can see weird stuff coming out in my stools after taking them. Go slow and work your way up to 2 pills at once. I take on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up with plenty of water. Wait atleast 30 mins before taking other supplements or food.

We have used this product for years with great results. It has helped greatly with keeping intestinal Candida yeast issues under control. When we run out and don't order quickly enough, we suffer and have noticed that we feel worse without it. One capsule twice daily works, but we prefer one capsule empty stomach early in the day and 2 capsules empty stomach bedtime. That has yielded great results for us.

really helps with yeast over growth in the body. for more advanced yeast issues i needed it everyday for a few weeks then for maintenance i take it 2-3 times a week. if you eat foods that trigger the candida you may need to take more caps and more often. i found that stress, the adrenals and hormone imbalances can cause candida over growth. this product is wonderful to keep things in check. since i have been taking more adrenal support and minimizing the sugars and carbs i dont need it as much. but ultimately working on the cause in conjunction with this product will help heal the body of yeast overgrowth.

I have candida for a while now. I will take the Candex until I sort my diet out because I feel so much better when I take it. I have less itching, better skin, etc. especially the skin, to go into the workplace with red rash on face and bad breath is a no go. Initially there is some die off itching but if I take charcoal or diatomaceous earth and walk and drink water it passes. Then I have no coated tongue, my face is clearer and no itching.
