I bought this because the Dear Klairs gentle black oil was out of stock.
From my experiance, it has a strong fragrance, which, upon checking the ingredients I wasn't expecting, it's probably coming from some of the extracts. I like the way it smells, but if you have allergies to fragrance, don't buy this. (If you are just generally sensitive, fragrance free products may be better for you, but since it a rinse off product, it shouldn't cause much harm). It's not stripping the skin, but there are oils which leave you even less dry. It removes dirt, normal makeup and sunscreen, but it doesn't remove waterproof makeup at all, and I doubt how effective it is with watter ressistant sunscreen, so it can be good or not effective, depanding on your other skin care products and needs . I tried it a few times and now suspect it may have caused me a slight redness, but I'm still unsure, and I have very sensitive skin prone to irritation, so this is not a reason for someone else not to buy this
