I suffer from an autoimmune condition and I usually get tonsillitis or strep throat every few weeks. The quality of the product is obvious, because Solaray speaks alone. The most important aspect there is silimarin in the product, the most important ingredient for liver cleanse. Size is okay. Dosage is important to maintain every day, to see the benefits after a a few weeks. There is no taste. Bottle is very nice. But the most important silimarin is just the right amount to clean, restore the liver.
