This product is excellent in quality and uses. I take it before a cold sets in and it seems to either lessen symptoms or remove the symptoms completely. Very happuy with this product which I've used for many years. I recommend it for health as a supplement you can add to your routine, or just when you are symptomatic

I use it when I feel scratchy-ness in my throat area, or an inflammation somewhere, to keep down the fever too. It’s a great overall product to have when something goes wrong in one’s body. I think it’s helpful to keep “heat” down and get rid of it too.

My family and I have been using this product for 15+ yrs. Pop 6 tablets 2-4 times daily whenever we feel the start of a cold (sniffling, tickle in back of throat etc). The cold never takes hold. If we start the tablets too late, once a cold has dug in, the symptoms are milder and resolve quicker than without the tablets.

Smells like the old familiar smell when I was kid at home and the Yin Chiao detoxicate meds I took. Yin Chiao itself is 'cooling down' in nature, so I took it when I feel sore throat, too much 'fire' accumulated in my body etc. It helps to balance it out perfectly.

I am very happy with this product, seems beneficial when taking on first signs of cold. Also has combination ingredient of Echinacea. Smell and taste is not so easy to take ... but if it help ok. Recommended

This works well at the beginning of a cold - esp in the sinuses. Takes out heat very nicely, but you have to catch it early enough. If it's already moved into the chest it might be too late.

I've taken it at the first signs of body imbalance and felt revitalized literally within 30 minutes. All signs of imbalance was gone and I felt "fresh". Tablets are easy to swallow and have a herbal taste that I quite like. One can't miss with traditional Yin Chiao formula :)
