This is a product that is definately "one for the ladies". My wife uses it and has become almost tolerable. (Sense of humour kicking there). Apparantly soy contains stuff that can imitate the female hormone - oestrogen, so she takes it (no, I give it her) as a means of helping to make life livable at our age. It DOES HELP but it's not a hormone replacement. So come on fellas, buy this, give it to "she who must be obeyed" and enjoy the benefits of not taking it yourself. It's either this or take her out every evening for a chinese meal! As for yourself, keep to the good old British steak and chips to maintain that testosterone!!!

I bought this because my normal supplement was out of stock and I haven't been taking it long enough but so far I think it's working but I can already tell is's not up to the standard of the one I normally take.
