I like the tablets best hoping they make it further down my digestive tract without dissolving. I periodically take these when I'm stressed and also do other things like working on my core to bring my blood flow back to digestion. I feel they really work even though there seems to be no research on otc digestive enzymes.
Will take these forever, as I need enzymes, because I believe my body does not produce enough enzymes for me. I may not eat enough enzymes through vegetables. I can't say enough about this amazing product! I have from stomach and other GI problems since I was very young. I finally had my gallbladder removeda few years ago. That took care of some of my issues but still had others. A couple of years ago I got very sick, couldn't eat anything, dropped almost 50 lbs in 2 months. After many tests, it was finally suggested I do the Low fodmap diet. I discovered it was mainly gluten among a few other foods. I have been gluten free for 2 years, and it gets quite expensive! With this supplement I can finally eat gluten containing foods again! Everyone without a gallbladder needs this product!
These have been life-changing, no joke. I was chronically constipated for 6 years (2 years before my gallbladder was removed and 4 after.)
