I usually get the Nutralife brand enzymes found in Australia at chemist warehouse, and these are ALMOST as good. They however are significantly cheaper so I feel it is definitely worth it. I have IBS and have given these to others with IBS and everyone has noticed a huge difference in their digestion. I feel much lighter after I have these with a meal. I feel the nutralife enzymes work better because of the added ginger, and when I take a ginger tablet with these (another one from iHerb) it works great for bloating. Highly recommend these.
