This is a quality grape seed extract and good value for money (as most supplements by Now), however I prefer Vitaflavan GSE by California Gold, which is biased toward low molecular weight polyphenols and has been shown in preclinical studies to increase NAD+ levels via the inflammatory pathway (CD38 inhibition). This one has a much larger content of high molecular weight tannins. Neutral taste.
Neg: I don't like that it has calcium as an ingredient when the larger mg and container size doesn't. Positive: It works for circulation. I tried the iHerb Gold brand of same mg without much noticed effect. I take one to two a day along with other vitamins and clearly see noticeable erection health on a regular basis; during sleep and when needed. I have and will recommend.
