my father is currently suffering from COPD, back pain and unable to stand, walk or sit and most of the time just lay down in his bed but due to COVID we cant bring him in the hospital, so our cousin (doctor) recommend these supplement and thanks God after almost 4 to 5 continuous months of drinking these my father can sit now in his own and able to stand and walk little little though with support.

This is another of those supplements where you just don't know how well it is working for you. I take it for general health and I have remained healthy so that's a positive. Now Foods is a good brand and their pricing is better than most. I'm happy with this.
