Yep - Tastes like liver! I use for boosting Vit A, Iron, B12, etc. I have noticed the benefits in a short time. Highly recommend. Great size & value for money! Dosage size seems quite a lot so I take half. It is easier from a spoon, and wash down with juice as can be a bit overpowering in a glass of drink. Can mix in small batches but I find the taste stronger when 'reconstituted' into liquid. Would do well it you like to make your own custom capsules. Good quality ingredient & value :)
I was looking for a product like this for a long time, just one ingredient which is great, and good price. If you don't eat liver or organ meats regularly, it's a great alternative. I have to say though that I am really struggling with the smell and taste. Dissolving it just is some broth is not enough, the taste is too strong. I haven't tried it in tomato juice like recommended on the product so maybe that with be easier.
I love this product. It has given me more energy from day one. I take it in the morning with breakfast. I mix 1 teaspoon in water with my marine collagen. Not the best taste, but the collagen is also bad tasting :) It has increased my ferritin from 38 to 80 µg/L.
The liver powder has a mild taste of liver which is quite tolerable, especially when added to smoothies or meals. My vision seems to be stronger and it adds b-12 and protein to my diet. The quality is great as advertised. I take 1-3 tablespoons daily. The ingredients appears to be 100% liver.
I had symptoms of Hashimoto's and was not converting T4 into active T3 but Reverse T3 instead. I was sluggish, withdrawn, lethargic, etc. Basically, all the negatives associated with this illness. The benefits outweigh the taste . But the taste is aweful. I mask it by adding it to some vitamin c powder , I still struggle to down it . I’m not sure if I’ll purchase this again . Nothing wrong with the product , I just can’t cope up with the taste .
quality is good. Taste isn't awesome. Drinking this in the morning with bone broth protein. Good ingredients for a health drink. size is as said in description, looking forward to reeking the benefits. I think dosage is higher for me.
After reading so many reviews on iherb i finally decided to purchase this product and I'm really glad i did, it is now a staple in our home and i will be purchasing more!
Will definitely order again. Tastes great, like real liver. Mixed with an ounce of tomato juice. Quality's okay for powdered form. Liver is supposedly from Argentine beef, so should be good as well.
