Used this in combination with red clover and black cohosh to help improve menopause symptoms. All three combined helped a lot. Very minimal hot flashes. I take this product in conjunction with 2 others, the Etrosoy by same maker and Menosense by Natural Factors. I was taking something from the pharmacy but the price nearly doubled. The price of these products is very reasonable for the effects they give. I find my hot flashes have almost disappeared and my mood is much more stable. Also my sleep is much better as I am not waking through the night with sweats. The taste is minimal and non-invasive.
I love how wild yam paired with vitex chastetree berry regulates my hormones and makes me feel in balance. I have taken them both for years and love how they make me feel. I have only just started taking these so unsure if it’s too soon to post a review. I am pre menopausal and have been experiencing some unpleasant issues with my menstrual cycle at my age. I had heard yam might help and sought out a quality product with natural ingredients to see what it might achieve for me. Great to see these are so natural but also vegan friendly— I love to see this. These are easy to swallow and have a slightly earthy scent / flavour.
I recommend this supplement to take definetely in the time of menopause. Helps to balance the progesterone. I recommend to take together with DHEA also for hormonal balance and red clover to reduce the hot flushes and sweating, as phyto oestrogen.
I've been using these for 27 years now for menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. As soon as I stop taking them the symptoms return. I take five of these a day and five of Vitex. Works excellent much safer than HRT and has no animal products.
