I am going through the menopause, and couldnt sleep at all, from the very first time I took this it sent me to sleep, a word of advice is to take it a few hours before bedtime. I took it the first few days in the morning and couldn't keep my eyes open for the next few hours, so swapped to taking it in the evening, and haven't had a restless nights sleep since, only if I forget to take it. I know everyone is different but I recommend trying this herb before venturing into hormone replacement.

I ordered this product to help with menstrual pain. I liked it because it was the only black cohosh that required only 1 tablet per serving. I like to take it during the days leading up to my period ( I tend to start 7 days before). I have found that since doing this my dependency on ibuprofen has reduced drastically. The quality is good, and you get a lot of tablets at a relatively cheap price.
I take this supplement in combination with Shatavari, Dong Quai, and Wild Yam. I did not notice any drastic changes or improvements. But overall, I feel better. Hair falls out less, the skin is fresher. The quality is good. Small capsules, easy to swallow, and no unpleasant taste. Convenient packaging, and fast delivery. I will try other products in this series, maybe they will work better.
I bought these after doing a little bit of research, on what supplement is good for changes before menopause after Sainsburys stopped selling their own. I can literally swear by these and recommend them to ANYONE of my age who is troubled by hot flushes etc. Since taking these I've not had a single hot flush, and when they I forget to order them, I get immediate uncontrollable burning up. they're also really good value for money.

I have only been taking this for a short time but it seems to help my hot flashes subside when I take it as directed (I hate taking pills). If you don’t take it 3 times a day, the hot flashes come back strong, so definitely take it as directed. The taste is pretty bad but just hold your nose! I’ve taken other kinds of black cohosh in the past with good results for menopause so you should try it.
I’ve been taking this for a while now to provide support for my changing mind & body as I move closer to menopause. (I’m 51) What I can say is that in comparison to many women who seem to be experiencing a lot of peri-menopausal symptoms: sleep disruption, hot flushes, dryness, brain fog & lack of energy to name a few - I’m not experiencing those things with any intensity now, if at all.
