If I took two caps it gave me nausea and dropped my blood pressure. Although I do have a problem with low blood pressure, so something as potant as this triggered it. Just a warning who anyone who's sensitive. But when I was ok taking one cap I was ok! However one cap isnt enough to boost immune system to fight colds and defaintly not viruses. It did reduce my cold slighlty when i was taking 2. But not for long until i had to stop, I figured it's not unsuitable for me. If you appreciate my review I'd appreciate thumbs up please thank you!
After taking the supplement for about 2 weeks , i seem to catch flu less often than before. Not only that it also helps to speed up recovery if happen to fall sick. Natural ingredient . Guess the quality is there since there is improvement.. no weird taste hope to see more amazing results in days to come..
Most of the research on andrographis supports its ability to boost the immune system. It is in general used to relief symptoms of colds and flu and as an ani-inflammation tool: researches think it reduces the nr. of cytokines in the body.
These herbs work really well and I can't complain about that at all. However, the supplement is all over the outside of the capsules, so they taste horrible. This hasn't happened with other brands of Andrographis I've taken, so I don't think I'll buy this brand again.
It is a good quality product. It is nicely packaged and any age can take this supplement. Andographis is great for any infections that you might be fighting off and pumps up your immune system to help keep them away. Great for health maintenance. The only issue is that it does not taste the best if you let it sit in your mouth too long before swallowing, otherwise a very good product.
I use this herb for lymeprotocol. It's very strong and helpful. It can cause herx so start slowly with a low dose and then you can build up.
Andrographis is one of my favorite herbs. Antiviral and antibacterial. Capsules are a little easier to take than the extract as you dont have to taste it! This one can be used for my dog too,
