Just mixing it with water and it doesn’t have much taste, just slight sweeter taste, absolutely acceptable. it helps with stabilizing my blood sugar and it’s anti inflammatory, gluten free and non gmo. This is just an amazing product for pcos. It has the right percentage of d chiro inositol and myoinositol plus folic acid. My periods have been regular since i started using it( which were very irregular). And i feel i am not that hungry in the morning since i started using it and i can easily intermittent fast until late afternoon. I take it twice a day

After a lot of research for a good Myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol (40:1) which is effective for pcos insuline resistance and period cycle improvement, I have chosen this. Comes with a scoop, very ease to use and very practical, and also no flavour! It's good also that it is powder - we are taking enough pills already! Inositol is the only thing that helped regulate my period in the 15 years I have it. Meaning now it is a standard 30 or 31 days, from the 45 it used to be for so many years! I will continue to take it for sure!
