It’s a very strange product. If you take a recommended dose, you get a very very thick and dense potion. I went for the half a dose. It doesn’t taste great, so it’s somewhat hard to drink. Makes you feel stuffed so you might as well skip your breakfast. I couldn’t take it more that a week cause it produced a laxative effect on me. It went back to normal after I stopped. Great ingredients though and a big amount that I don’t know what to do with

The quality is great and I trust this brand. Ingredients include b vits and fibre. The size of the large tub lasts me a couple of weeks taking a dose every morning.
This is the BEST nutritional + protein drink on the market for individuals with digestive ailments and/or allergies (yaaaah for me, I have both! ;) It tastes great and has a RIDICULOUS amount of nutrition packed into it. I like to mix mine with coconut water....YUM! The only downside for me is the price, especially because I go through it so quickly. I wish the manufacturer hadn't of discontinued the 2lb container a while back! And Iherb should provide more coupons/discounts.....this time I had to buy this at full price.

This is my go-to product for doing a cleanse. I usually purchase the package of Revitalex with Detoxitech for a 7 day cleanse which includes instructions. I find it effective but I don't get hungry while my liver is dumping junk and cleansing!
We have used this for years to make fruit/veggie shakes and like it better than any protein powder! One of us has had mild stomach issues and we believe this helps.

I love the taste of this product. It claims great benefits and I’ll be using this to help my GI tract. It, however, takes a while to blend and is very hard to get a thorough mix without a blender bottle or milk frother.
