Best value! Great quality and has more lactase enzymes than some of the other products, plus you get more of it for same price. Works just as good as Lactaid for cheaper which is great because I go through that product pretty fast with the amount supplied. Better packaging for me as i hate the waste from the individually wrapped products. I haven't had any type of reaction or side effect. I take two if it's something with more milk (such as anything with heavy cream) otherwise one pill does the trick. just make sure to take with the first bite of food!

Great product, very effective for me - I can safetly eat dairy products. To be honest, I take 3 capsules just to be on the safe side. Still the price is ok, and since effectivness and the high quality of the enzyme are the most important thing for, I highly recommend it.
I have tried different brands over years. This is the one that I have found like most as its enzymes and ingredients seem to suit my stomach and digestion, really getting the intestinal benefits and feeling it on the gut. The package is good quality, just would love that it included a few more capsules for the money.
This has a higher dosage of lactase per capsule as compared to other brands out there, a single capsule gives you 9,000 FCC while others need 2-3 tablets to come close to the same concentration. So it's very good value for money. Again depends on how much dairy you are consuming as everyone has different needs and tolerances.

I mean, ice cream is not good for us. Pizza?.. mm not. and I don't consume a lot of dairy indeed. but once in a while when I want to indulge in something that's very high lactose, like ice cream or soft cheeses, then I take it together with lactase. It makes it so that there isn't the weird discomfort that comes with dairy usually. but I think still it's importabt not to overdo it even if you use a supplement. This one specifically I've ordered a few times cause it also has a great price.
