I was diagnosed with 2 compressed disks, 1 was starting the beginning stage of arthristis of the neck and the other disk was compressing the spinal nerves causing extreme pain off and on. I knew about this product from my work in the health supplement industry in the past and I remember people commenting the great results for joint/back pain due to cartilage and spinal disc issues so I started taking it, 4 caps a day for the first 2-3 months then a maintenance dose of 2 caps per day. Nothing noticeable for the first 6-8 months then then the pain became less and less and I didn't have to take anti-inflamatory/pain killer pills as much and after 1 yr I hardly take any medication. Keep in mind I still stay away from any activities that will cause impact on the spine but normal activity (no strong exercise or lifting heavy objects) is fine, it's like night and day difference. Keep in mind because this is a natural supplement results may vary and not garanteed but compare to the alternative of being in constant pain and taking strong medication it was the best outcome for me.
