These vitamins certainly pack a punch. Most of the time I can't feel any effects from B-vitamins but thanks to the niacin content of these they quickly give the strong niacin flush response. I like that these are in capsules and don't give off the unpleasant smell or taste that tablets do. I will repurchase.

Decided to try this brand instead of my usual this time. Was good after I finally got past the flush it caused for a couple weeks. First few days was terrible and then it finally slowed down and stopped. Guess my body took getting used to the Niacin. No problems with it now.
