I use the towels to keep the countertop dry after doing dishes . They absorb well. Dry pretty quickly. But stains won't come off in washing, so they do look bad after a relatively short period of time.

IMO these are ok, but not worth the cost. At the grocery store we can get 10 cloths that work really well for less money.

I have purchased these cloths several times over the years in several of the different color combinations. Textile production is a big source of pollution and cotton growing uses lots of pesticides. I choose organic when I can to try to give the planet a break. These cloths are very durable. One set I've had and have used for almost 10 years and the colors are still bright. Most of them still have the colored threads intact too - only the ones I've used for the full 10 years and have used the roughly are starting to have loose threads. These are a great buy, particularly if you want an organic product.
