I was recommended this by a hair dresser for growing hair and strenghten my nails. I have not seen any visable improvement or effect so fair but I will definitely continue to take these supplements. I like the fact that this is pure MSM, with no fillers or flow agents. I also like the fact that the capsule is gelatin. Too many supplements use cellulose capsules. Since I have been using MSM and chondroitine in combination with Glucosamine my knees feel better. I can't say it repaired the damage but they are not painful as they used to be. 21st Century is definitely a quality brand which I will keep purchasing.
