Great product . I love sports. I do cycling and swimming every day and go to the gym the afternoons. I train 3 hours a day and on weekends about 90 km cycling . Since taking L Carnitine I have lost about 5 pounds in body fat and gain muscle. My muscles seems more defined. I look and feel better . Really recommend this product but with exercise and a good nutrition. Nothing works alone . You need to train and combine this 3 things to see the benefits

It really helps. I used to drink 2 capsules a day and I lost 12 kg in two months. I had gained 20 kg during pregnancy and after childbirth I began to workout intensively but did not have great results ans my trainer advised to take L-carnetine for intensive weight loss and it really helped. I used to take one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one before workout. Now I am ordering another bottle.

I find this very helpful in regulating my pulse. I take one a day and if I feel my pulse is fast or irregular, I take another one. One can take up to 4 a day if necessary, but this is a very good product and usually I don't need more than 1 or 2 a day!

First time trying this product. Take one pill one hour before every workout. And it does help lose weight and workout longer than not taking this pill. My personal experience doesn't apply to everyone. Just try to share this with those who are looking for right product. This kind of product only works with an exercise program and won't do anything if just take it and rest doing nothing.
