Gradual relief from mild stress, depression and anxiety, although it doesn't work instantly its nice to have something non addictive and I'm able to take it for a few months and stop for a while with no issues, I put myself back on it when I feel the overwhelm kicking in again, I also vary my dose as per my naturopaths recommendation - I take morning and night at the moment.
