I started taking this supplement not knowing much about it because it was recommended for liver support, and I am transitioning off of birth control pills. I would like to get my body's hormonal balance back and cleanse my body of excess estrogens. My transition is so far, so good! I also have slightly high cholesterol, so I am looking forward to seeing if taking these has helped.

Good quality choline without fillers. The tablets are quite big. I do not give it a 5 star because its 250mg per tablet which is too low. I wish it comes in 500mg. Since the tablets are big I do not like to take two of them. I will look for another brand that is 500mg.
I do not doubt its quality or ingredients. It must be a good product which benefits your health. Its package is very durable, and I like the size of the bottle. It is a good supplement though I do not like its taste. It gives me some minerals. Plus I think it has a good composition.

Needed extra choline on days I didn't have any eggs so got this to supplement. Be warned that the tablets are a bit large though, as with most choline tablets. Comes in a high quality bottle.
I feel an overall sense of wellness when I take this. i combine it with Digestive enzymes to lessen the feeling of bloating. The size of the tablet is larger than normal but because of the coating, is easy to swallow
