I take 1 as a supplement each day, along with a balanced diet, and take 2-3 tablets when I feel like I’m getting sick or when unwell. I would usually get cough and colds 4-5 times a year, but since taking this, I don’t remember the last time I was down with anything! Good quality and good value for money, I always have at least a bottle of this at home.

Vitamin C provides antioxidant protection, strengthens the human immune system, accelerates the healing process, affects the synthesis of a number of hormones, regulates hematopoiesis, normalizes capillary permeability, participates in collagen synthesis, regulates metabolism, removes toxins, improves bile secretion, restores the exocrine function of the pancreas and thyroid gland. Vitamin C is better absorbed when combined with calcium. Bioflavonoids improve the absorption and bioavailability of vitamin C. Recommend!

Apparently it's a better form for sensitive stomach. If you're not getting sufficient Cs from your meals, then I guess it's alright.

In the past vitamin C gave me an upset stomach. These buffered capsules have totally alleviated that problem. My wife is auto immune deficient with stomach ulcerations. She has been taking these now for a couple months and has had no problems with the ulcerations which have bled in the past from vitamin C.
