I have been using this product many years and it contributes to my health and I like the buttery flavor in my oatmeal and on popcorn in particular. It helps my hair from taking it internally . I recently learned that I can put it directly on my scalp, hair and face and I have started to do so and I believe it’s beneficial.

Very good quality. A nice ingredient for salads. The packaging could be much better, though the benefits are great. Optimal for omega 3 and good cholesterol adding. The taste is great for everyday cooking. It seems to help with inflammation. I suggest to use along with vinegar on tour salads. I loved its neutral taste.
Research showed this is one of the better brands. Ordered it, it arrived in 2 days. Great quality and freshness. I got the 250 ml bottle and with my husband and I taking tbsp each day should have gotten bigger bottle. In a week noticed huge difference in my nails and hair! So happy I got it!

Great quality! Make sure to store flaxseed oil in a cold space. I live in Florida and Store it in the fridge. I take one spoon of this oil in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m a breastfeeding mom and this oil helped me to increase my milk supply. I also eat flaxseeds in my porridge. I would definitely recommend!

Brilliant. Barleans is quality in their ingredients. We have flaxseed in our breakfast to help with inflammation, improve choestrol and blod presure. So its a way of caring for the heart. The high omega 3 in flaxseed is beneficial for brain function too. The seeds are good dietary fibre. Packageing is good and easy to administer measured amounts needed.
I am testing different oils for my face, as I have extremely dry skin - this one seems to be working quite well, but I also started adding it to food. It has a little smell, but to me it's not too strong, same with flavor - I even added it to my porridge, I wouldn't even taste it! When applied on face, I feel like it adds a little color, which I like and my face looks "healthier". The packaging is great if you use it for cooking, if I want to apply just little bit on the skin I have to remove the whole cup to take as much as I need.
It very good quality oil. Flax is a great source of omega for vegans and not only. It is not a supplement but just a food, oil that is great to use for salads. Taste is bit specific, but you can mix it with other kinds of oils if it is too strong for you.
