Got this to support my hormones… have been taking for a couple of weeks and I do feel like it is helping. Pretty simple clean quality ingredients. The dosage is also nothing too crazy, it’s just 1 capsule in the morning and zero taste so I cannot complain. Excited to continue to use this product.
This has helped me tremendously in calming fatigue, anxiety, stress, and enhancing my mood. It also has been helping to give me more energy. While I'm well aware supplements work differently for everyone, I gave DHEA a shot because I saw so many people with autoimmune disorders giving it positive reviews. I'm glad I did!
I'm outside of the norm for a DHEA user (23 y.o. female), but I recently took a hormone panel and my levels were ABYSMALLY low. I’m 37 and I have been experiencing symptoms of getting older: less energy, etc. So I considered DHEA as a possible solution to that. I had my levels checked at the doctor and confirmed they’re low, although within normal range, so I started taking 25 mg per day. Quite quickly after taking it, I noticed more energy, and not as much tiring out in the process. Other than that, the best unexpected side effect has been in bowel regularity. I have suffered my whole life with constipation, often going several painful days in between relief. Once I started taking DHEA, I now go several times a day every day. I can’t even explain the positive effect that simple thing has had on my life. I had no idea how bad the constipation was making me feel daily until it was gone. I hope this continues and that I don’t have any of the possible bad side effects long term. So far, so good. After doing more research, I’m increasing it up to 50 mg to see what effect it has and will regularly monitor my DHEA and other hormone levels to make sure they’re adequate. my daily dosage is 2 capsules, in the morning, and at lunch. i'm trying to balance my hormones out of estrogen dominance. i combine this ingredient with DIM during the first half of my cycle, and then with vitex during the second half of my cycle. good quality product for the price, but that's kind of what this brand is known for.
it was prescribed by my Dr to boost my estrogen level.. have fertility issues a nd this hormonal supplement can help. I am buying this for the first time. been on DHEA 50 mg for 2 weeks now. overall, I feel better, no side effects so far, will test my progesterone and estrogen levels in 5 weeks from now. the ingredients are of good quality, size of the pill is small and easy to swallow. I take 2 pills every day after the meal.

I've been taking it for more than a month now and I feel a big difference in the moon, energy and my health. Actually , it's best to take 1 pill every 2 days since the dosage if kinda high for a woman in her 30's . Besides that, I RECOMMEND THE ITEM.
